Support added for simultaneously supporting SPLUNK , Solarwind and AppDynamics metric values

Support has been added to simultaneously expose SPLUNK , Solarwind and AppDynamics metric values.

Select MQSC+Solarwinds+AppDynamics as the value format.

SPLUNK values are suffixed with an _mqsc in order to provide meaningful text values rather than numeric to SPLUNK searches.
