Embedded Jetty Web server need to be updated to resolve vulnerability issues

Version 9.3.12 of the embedded Jetty Web server needs to be updated to resolve a number of vulnerability issues. Refer  https://www.cvedetails.com/vulnerability-list/vendor_id-10410/product_id-34824/version_id-252841/Eclipse-Jetty-9.3.12.html  and  https://www.eclipse.org/jetty/documentation/current/security-reports.html. This should be updated to the latest Jetty version 9.4.30.
